Katy Perry To Headline Capital One JamFest.

Katy Perry will headline Capitol One Jamfest as part of the 2019 NCAA March Madness Music Series in Minneapolis on April 7th. Opening will be Zedd. Capital One Cardholders will be able to get their crack at tickets first on March 19 at 10am CT until March 22 at 10am CT.
