MTV Asia has posted a review of Katy Perry’s concert in Singapore, Malaysia.

A pop concert is a grand spectacle at heart, and Katy Perry delivered it in spades.

The pop diva was in Singapore last night (April 8) as part of her ongoing Witness Tour, performing at the Singapore Indoor Stadium in front of a huge congregation of Katy Cats.

Katy was bouncy, domineering and all-around gracious as she led an ensemble of dancers into songs like ‘Chained To The Rhythm’, ‘Swish Swish’ and ‘Déjà vu’ — all from her rumbling new album — to nostalgic bangers like ‘Teenage Dream’, ‘Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)’ and ‘ET’ (fun fact: Katy Perry’s first album One Of The Boys turns 10 this year).

As always, there’s nothing like a Katy Perry concert these days, and she brought her full arsenal of props —life-size dice, glowing acrylic platforms, a giant hand, several costume changes, and lots and lots of confetti. Oh yeah, Left Shark made an appearance too.
