Hi cats, I need help. My name is Carolina, I’m Portuguese and I’m 15 years old. Last year, when the tour was announced, I did not know that katy would come to my country, so I made a mess. I searched the nearest country and bought resold tickets for Amsterdam (because there were not any tickets on ticketmaster). To be honest, I never really read what the ticket said. It’s from ticketmaster and safe. The problem is that I discovered today that it was purchased with a pre-sale from Spotify. That means it’s personal and they are probably not going to let me in, since the ticket name is not the same as my ID. I’m really desperate because I’ve spent a lot on the whole trip. I already bought everything: plane tickets, hotel, I rented a car … I do not know what to do, I’m devastated
