Witness is to provoke. It’s to cause discomfort, it’s really to provoke. Katy asks soon in the first track if you could be her witness, because she would speak MUCH thing.
The truth is that on this album, there is no Katy Perry. It’s Katy Hudson there pure, speaking all her truths, wants and interests. Guys, seriously. The tracks are not “only” for dancing. ALL of them have concept.
