First of all, I would like to say thank you to Katycats.com and all involved in making these M&G opportunities a reality. You guys are incredible. I bought tickets to the Chicago shows and my girlfriend won a M&G and surprised me with it. We met the twins at the designated spot and eventually made our way backstage to the M&G room. It was sooo cute. There we spent time taking photos, eating candy and talking to the twins. They were super nice guys and a lot of fun. We were put in groups, Katycats being next to the last group. I was one of the last Katycats, so I got to watch her interact with all of the other people. Finally, it was my turn and I say “old people last, huh” and she laughs and says “nooooo” and gives me a hug. She says “I’m Katy” and and asks where I am from. I told her Arkansas and she talks to me about having relatives in Arkansas. We talked about me seeing her the first time in 2009 at the Beale Street Music Festival. The whole time we are talking she is very attentive and making you feel special. I mention to her that security wouldn’t let me bring in her birthday gift and we had to “check it” into customer service. She told me to talk to her management about it and they would get it for her. (afterwards one of the twins took our check ticket and said he would get it for her, but I guess I will never know if she received it). We chatted a bit more and then she hugged me once again and then took pics. The whole experience was amazing and I will be on a “Katy High” for months to come. I cannot thank you guys enough for this amazing experience. Make no mistake about it, Chicago was THE SHOW!
