@cottoncandy I have just a couple of questions for the meet and greet contest.
1. If you win can you bring something for katy to sign? (like a small photo or autograph book?)
2. Are we allowed to take pictures with katy at the meet and greet on our phone and such?Thank you for your time.

1. usually yes if it’s not too big, it all depends on the schedule that day and also sometimes the venue. sometimes she also prefers to chat instead of signing. it’s also possible that you might have to choose between picture or autograph.
2. usually yes but sometimes there is also a professional photographer that takes pictures.
